Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing positive and long-term relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, and serving as the primary point of contact. This role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, supervising sales teams, and driving growth opportunities while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts to achieve long-term success and meet sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Address and resolve client escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure accuracy in invoices and transactions to maintain client satisfaction.
- Oversee the renewal of client contracts, ensuring seamless continuity of services.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to client challenges.
- Supervise Sales Account Executives, ensuring they meet sales targets and performance metrics.
- Monitor account performance and suggest actionable steps to improve sales outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with teams to develop strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on accounts, transactions, and sales performance.
- Actively seek out and develop new sales opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Sales Account Executive.
- Hands-on experience in sales with a proven ability to deliver excellent client experiences.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to client inquiries promptly.
