Job Title: Automation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Automation Specialist to optimize and streamline our operations by leveraging key tools and platforms. This role will focus on creating automated workflows, generating insightful reports, and integrating tools to enhance client support and team efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and reports using HubSpot, ClickUp, and Intercom.
- Design and implement trigger notifications and alerts based on pipeline statuses to ensure timely actions.
- Integrate HubSpot, ClickUp, Intercom, and Stripe to streamline processes and improve client support.
- Identify and eliminate manual tasks by automating repetitive processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and overcome barriers to successful automation.
- Create necessary forms and pipelines to support business goals and ensure operational success.
- Test automated processes in a controlled environment before launch to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Generate and distribute automated reports to leaders and team members, providing insights and actionable data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot, ClickUp, and Intercom, with a strong working knowledge of Stripe.
- Proven experience in creating automated workflows and integrating multiple platforms.
- Ability to design and test automation solutions in a structured and controlled environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate meaningful reports for various stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
