The Role

Description

SuperCom is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Helpdesk Specialist to join our company. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day


Job description:

  • Providing face-to-face support to internal organizational users.
  • Quick diagnosis and handling of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Managing tickets and documenting faults.
  • Managing the inventory of computer equipment.
  • Maintaining all computing equipment in the company, including servers, laptops, and Network equipment.
  • Procurement with suppliers and ordering equipment.



Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a helpdesk technician (military experience is an advantage)- must.
  • Extensive knowledge In Microsoft 365 Business Premium. (Entra, Intune, Defender)- must.
  • Knowledge with PC hardware -laptops, desktops, printers, etc.
  • Knowledge with computer networking – TCP/IP protocols, etc.
  • Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Servers.
  • Basic knowledge with Active Directory, DHCP, WSUS, DNS, file, and print servers
  • Experience with Screen hardware, docking stations, network, and display cabling.
  • Experience with meeting room equipment- LED screens, video conference, etc.
  • MCITP/MCSA/CCNA Course graduate - advantage.
  • Azure, AWS, System virtualization (VMware) (Hyper-V)- advantage.
  • Experience with Mac - advantage.
  • Knowledge with Windows server - advantage.
