Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones;
- Ability to installing the required software;
- Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones);
- Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing);
- Local network laying, configuration, maintenance;
- User's workplace preparation;
- Ability to manage user's accounts (creation, deletion, modification);
- Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.);
- Local and remote support to users from different locations;
- Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration;
- Consulting and training of users;
- Mentoring of Junior specialists in team.
Requirements:
- Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP;
- Azure Settings, Azure AD;
- Knowledge of postal services;
- Excellent knowledge of PC components, understanding of compatibility, and optimization;
- Ability to work with logs, debug error report;
- Troubleshooting at the software level;
- Working in a UNIX shell, basic commands;
- Working in CMD WIndows, basic commands;
- Knowledge of ip telephony;
- Working with ACS at the administrator level;
- Polish - upper-Intermediate to Native;
- English - Intermediate to Advanced;
- Ukrainian will be a plus.
