Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Helicopters Dismantling Manager (f/m) to join our Material support and Logistics department based in Marignane Les Florides, France.

You will join a team, which has, among its missions, the responsibility to:
- Create a new source of supply based on used helicopters and second-hand parts.
- Resolve customer backorders and AOG
- Bring solution for obsolescence and erratic parts
- Reduce waste at aircraft end-of-life, offset CO2 emissions from manufacturing and foster reuse and recycling
- Support our customers by proposing alternative parts with attractive prices
- Develop new business and improve Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

Your challenges:
- Manage the complete dismantling activity
- Manage and develop the dismantling partners network & strategy
- Ensure the profitability, limit the costs and minimize the risk for the Helicopters dismantling and the parts batches get back
- Ensure the right execution of the process and the quality standards application
- Support the operations and our customers by assisting the reconditioned parts End to End Logistics flow and the used parts procurement
These missions will be done in cross collaboration with Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul, the Program Support department, the Finance department and the Legal / Ethic & Compliance service.
You will work with various stakeholders (MRO Representatives, PSO, Program, Obsolescence team, Legal, Procurement, Front office, Support & Services Experts, Subsidiaries, warehouse …).
This role is key to ensure the Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty without jeopardizing the business performance and profitability.
Your profile:
- Experience in Aeronautics support & services activities
- Knowledge of Helicopters configuration and MRO
- Knowledge of the contract and legal aspects
- SAP knowledge
- Good communication skills and Team spirit
- Organizational & Coordination skills
- Rigor and follow standards oriented
- Strong ethic and compliance behavior, in particular speak up mindset
- Proactive, Autonomous, Resilient, Welcome new challenges & pragmatic solution oriented
- English negotiation level
