About the Team

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Online Business organization. It is dedicated to enhancing Zoom’s digital presence across all touchpoints for diverse global audiences. This team includes program management, engineering, and localization experts. Collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity are core values that drive our efforts to create best-in-class digital experiences that cater to a broad spectrum of users.

Responsibilities

Defining & Executing Web Strategy: Lead Zoom's website strategy to drive user engagement, enhance accessibility, and optimize performance while aligning with business priorities.

Build & Optimize Tech Stack: Ensure a scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web technology ecosystem that serves diverse global audiences. Improve page performance, security, and accessibility to support an inclusive user experience. Global Impact & Localization: Work closely with localization teams to deliver web properties that are culturally relevant and accessible worldwide.

Enhance SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee organic optimization efforts to ensure content resonates across various demographics and industries.

Data-Driven Growth: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze web performance data, and implement data-driven recommendations to drive engagement and conversion.

Optimize Customer Journeys: Collaborate with User Experience teams to refine customer pathways, enhance user interactions, and improve content accessibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, brand, and communications teams to align web strategies with broader go-to-market initiatives. Work closely with Analytics to drive innovation and optimize online experiences.

Innovate & Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay updated with the latest web technologies. Also digital marketing trends and AI-driven tools to enhance Zoom’s web presence while fostering inclusivity.

What we’re looking for

Lead & Growth Mindset: Experienced business, product, and engineering leader who fosters an inclusive and innovative culture.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of web technologies, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude), CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Optimizely), and optimization techniques.

Results-Oriented Approach: A track record of implementing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth across diverse user groups.

Global & Inclusive Perspective: Experience managing web strategies for a global audience, ensuring high- quality localization and accessibility compliance (WCAG).

Innovation & Experimentation: Experience with AI-driven tools, personalization, and partner integrations that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Expertise in website optimization techniques, tool stack enhancements, and overall website performance improvements. Customer Journey Expertise: Proficiency in user journey mapping, content development, and conversion rate optimization.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align web strategy with overall marketing and business goals to drive measurable outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication: Proven success in working cross-functionally with product marketing, engineering, design, and localization teams, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.

A decade of experience in SaaS companies with B2C, B2B, or marketplace environments, including freemium monetization models.

Management experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams across product, operations, or engineering in global organizations.

Proven experience leading large-scale mobile or web projects with an emphasis on accessibility and performance optimization.

Familiarity with backend technologies (Python, Go) and frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Vuex, Vue Router).

Vast understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and compliance with accessibility standards.

Experience working with microservices architectures and integrating web applications with cloud-based APIs.

Agile project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a agile, iterative environment.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$150 800,00

Maximum:

$329 900,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
