Head of User Support – User Experience Services part of Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a manager to be part of our team in User Experience Services as Head of User Support. The role includes leading a team of dedicated country managers and support specialists. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Markets and other Service Practices to ensure User Support services align with overall goals and objectives. Developing and implementing strategies, transformation across customers business processes, applications and infrastructure to ensure highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
This position requires deep understanding of successful User Support practices, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Who we are looking for
- You have experience of having full leadership in management positions.
- You have a degree in Economics, IT or other relevant degrees.
- You have experience of working with agreement negotiations and procurements.
- You have experience of driving and being responsible for sales and customer relations.
- You are used to working directly with the owner or the board.
- You have good communicative properties, fluent language skills in English.
We also believe you have
- Experience of working in leading positions within Tech and the consulting industry.
- Been part of a management team.
- Experience of having profit and loss responsibility yourself.
- Good understanding of Tech and the consulting industry.
