Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that all races start on time. Supervise assistants loading horses into the gates. Supervise the schooling of horses in the gates.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have knowledge of and prior experience with horses. Must be able to work with horsemen and give directions. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to stand and walk, reach, lift, bend, and work outside in various weather conditions. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
