We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to develop and execute Reliance Health’s strategy for healthcare sales to small businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of small business dynamics, market expansion strategies, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic environments, and prior experience in business consulting or leadership roles in B2C organizations.

  • Develop action plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and drive customer acquisition and retention within the SME sector.
  • Identify new prospects and sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and ensuring the effective utilization of deployed resources.
  • Conduct competitive research to establish counter-strategies and value propositions for engaging SME customers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from client prospecting to bill delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support decision-making and achieve business objectives.
  • Promote and sell products and services tailored to SME needs, ensuring targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and implementing best practices in sales.
  • Design and manage SME sales training programs to upskill the sales team and improve performance.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide technical guidance, and support team members in achieving their goals.
Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in FMCG, banking, finance, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets, closing deals, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve maximum performance (team management experience is an added advantage).
  • Results-driven with entrepreneurial drive and a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
