We are looking for a new Head of Self-Service Business (Team Plan) to join our team and take this exciting, entrepreneurial business line to the next level. The Team plan is our most flexible plan, designed for clients of 5 to 100 users. Launched in 2019, it serves over 800 clients in all of our geographies: US, UK, FR and Germany.
We are looking for an individual that is both willing to roll up their sleeves and work on operational topics, handling prospects and customers requests, delivering product demos, but also able to have a big picture view, define a strategy, build a roadmap and optimize the full funnel.
As the Head of our Team Plan, you will be fully accountable and responsible for scaling this business line enabling a product led growth strategy, acting as the CEO of your division and maximizing impact. You will be working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to find and execute new growth opportunities.
You will be reporting to the Director of Operations and you’ll be joining a large and international team.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes an insight into our teams, culture, and product and tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft…)
- Master the product and the pitch
- Host your first demo webinar
- Build a preliminary diagnostic of the team plan
Within 3 months, you will:
- Be fully autonomous to develop the business on a day-to-day basis
- Be the point of contact to report on our self serve business performance globally
- Be fully accountable for the coaching of our Self Serve Specialist in the US and North American performance
- Lead 1-2 projects to increase conversion rates and clients retention (Marketing campaigns, Product improvement)
Within 6 months, you will:
- Identify and lead strategic projects for our Self Serve business
- Build a roadmap and define targets for the next 12 months for our Self Serve business
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on Self-Serve business best practices and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization
Within 12 months, you will:
- Be the internal expert on all Product Led Growth topics
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on these topics and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization, ensuring your key learnings and efficiency improvements are applied to other parts of the organization
- Be fully autonomous and accountable on your scope
The Skills Set:
- 2-3+ years of experience in consulting or finance and or a customer facing role, preferably in a tech startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a fast past environment
- Analytical skills and structured thinking; you know how to turn data into a vision and build a roadmap
- Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales & marketing funnel reporting and industry KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native French proficiency, very good English proficiency
- Previous experience of performing software/platform demos and experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, Trello is nice to have
