As a National Product Manager for Sea Cargo FCL you will hold the responsibility for the strategic set-up, implementation and commercial development of the product. You will act as the driving force and become crucial part of the organization. Your focus areas will be the product development, procurement and business controlling.

What you´ll be doing:

• Support sales within the FCL product management to drive business development and to obtain valuable input about the demand of large customers.
• Create, define, launch and control performance and profitability and future orientated product solutions supporting organization’s goal
• Sharing business and market intelligence with Line Management
• Carrier Management
• To achieve productivity targets for respective profit centres
• FCL strategic procurement and contracts
• FCL rate management
• Reefer Development
• Product development leading to volume development and business expansion
• Achieve Product budget
• Ensure product know-how is relayed to all staff

What you´ll need:

• Strong sea freight expertise
• Implementation and product launch within sales and operational organization
• Carrier negotiations and personal contacts
• Key account sales and development
