We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales for our UK Business Unit. The Head of Sales drives significant revenue growth and profitability through high-impact sales strategies and leadership. In this position, you will oversee and mentor sales team to enhance their effectiveness and drive revenue growth, while managing strategic client relationships and participating in complex deal negotiations. By ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering strong collaboration with Atlassian and internal teams, you will contribute to long-term business growth.
