The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Regional GTM to lead and shape the future of our regional marketing strategies. This role is not just about marketing—it’s about taking ownership of pipeline growth, driving key business outcomes, and building a regional presence across high-potential markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative, crafting regional strategies, and driving execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead region-specific GTM strategies for markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Achieve pipeline growth and meet targets in your regions, driving long-term success.

Build and nurture a high-performing team of Regional Marketing and Product Marketing Managers.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Partners, RevOps) to align on regional goals, drive execution, and remove blockers.

Drive local marketing campaigns, sales enablement efforts, and pricing strategies tailored to your regions.

Deliver key regional performance reports to senior leadership, identifying trends and areas of improvement.

Contribute to company-wide strategy and decision-making as part of the GTM leadership team.
Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on regional or international markets.

Proven success in pipeline generation and executing localized marketing strategies.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments to achieve business goals.

Data-driven with a history of delivering measurable outcomes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to change.
