As we scale toward our next big milestone, we’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the next phase of product innovation—driven by AI, deep customer understanding, and operational excellence.
The Role
As Head of Product, you’ll define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our users. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, leading product discovery efforts, and applying AI technologies to shape the future of real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead product discovery and validation efforts to ensure we’re solving meaningful problems
- Drive the integration of AI and automation into our platform to unlock transformative value
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver with speed and quality
- Establish strong product processes and metrics for continuous learning and improvement
- Represent the voice of the customer and keep our users at the center of every decision

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading product strategy and teams at a high-growth SaaS company
- Exceptional product discovery skills—user research, prototyping, experimentation
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in product environments (especially in SaaS or ops-heavy industries)
- A track record of shipping impactful products that solve real customer pain points
- Strong leadership and communication skills; experience managing product managers
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
- Bonus: experience in real estate tech, marketplaces, or logistics/operations-heavy platforms
