COMPANY OVERVIEW:

At Noonlight, our mission is to protect and comfort people so they can live freely. We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Head of Product to lead Noonlight’s product strategy and product and engineering team through the next phase of growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and operational discipline. You will own the end-to-end product direction—defining where we’re going, how we’ll get there, and ensuring that every step adds meaningful value to our customers and partners.

You’ll partner closely with the leadership team to align product initiatives with company goals, while building a high-performing, mission-driven product organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for a product executive who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and leads with clarity, structure, and purpose.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performing product and engineering organization with a strong culture of ownership, feedback, and continuous learning.
  • Develop talent through clear expectations, thoughtful coaching, and structured professional development.
  • Promote disciplined product practices, including strong documentation, process consistency, and clarity at scale.

Customer-Centric Decision Making

  • Ensure all product initiatives are aligned with delivering real, measurable value for users and partners.

Scaling for Growth

  • Evolve Noonlight’s product and development operating model to support growth, balancing agility with the structure required to scale effectively.
  • Foster a resilient, adaptable culture that can evolve with the business—without losing clarity or momentum.

Technical Proficiency

  • Possess a strong technical background, with B2B or platform/API-first companies. This will enable you to better understand and guide the product development process, and effectively collaborate with the engineering team.

Product Development Experience

  • Extensive experience with the end-to-end product development lifecycle is crucial. This includes experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and launching tech products. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies is a plus.

Technical Leadership

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing technical projects, comfortable making decisions about technical trade-offs and be able to guide and mentor your team in making these decisions. Strong skills in project management, resource allocation, and strategic planning are also essential.

Other duties as assigned.
