ABOUT THE TEAM
The Bestow Product organization defines, designs, and delivers exceptional digital experiences that solve real problems. Our team collaborates across Engineering, Revenue, and Operations teams to transform ideas into intuitive, valuable solutions that delight our users. We believe in evidence-based decision-making and maintaining a relentless focus on customer outcomes to drive product excellence.
This role reports to our Chief Product Officer and is open to Remote (US).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Bestow is looking for a Head of Product Operations to contribute in the following ways:

Design and implement scalable product operations processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency across our Product organization, enabling our teams to achieve greater velocity and impact.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Ops leaders to identify operational friction points and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cross-functional collaboration

Establish and maintain a strong data-driven approach by developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product performance and team effectiveness.

Own and optimize our product development lifecycle, including resource planning, roadmap management, and release processes to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.

Build and maintain a product operations tech stack that enhances team productivity, improves knowledge management, and supports effective product decision-making.

Implement and manage voice of customer programs, including Customer Advisory Boards and feedback systems, to ensure product strategy remains aligned with customer needs.

Serve as the operational backbone of our Product organization, championing and coaching process excellence while maintaining our focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
WHO YOU ARE
-
Bachelor's degree or higher
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or similar roles within high-growth tech companies.

Extensive experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Deep familiarity with analytics suites, including customer data platforms (e.g., Segment), product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude), and BI solutions (e.g., Tableau) to drive data-informed decision-making.

Proven track record of implementing and optimizing product development processes, metrics frameworks, and operational systems that drive efficiency and quality

Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt processes to fit different team needs while maintaining organizational alignment.

Experience establishing and facilitating Customer Advisory Boards, Innovation Labs, and other voice of customer programs that directly inform product strategy.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and budgeting processes to optimize team efficiency and product delivery.
