About the role

The Head of Partnerships role will lead the development of new and existing strategic relationships across chefs, restaurants, brands, and influencers to elevate Wonder's restaurant portfolio and drive brand awareness in key markets. This individual will play a key role in expanding Wonder’s network, fostering long-term partnerships, and executing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and market position. 

This is an exciting opportunity to build collaborative, high-impact partnerships that align with our strategic growth objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop New Partnerships: Identify, pursue, and secure new partnerships with top chefs, restaurateurs, food brands, and influencers to enhance Wonder’s portfolio and offerings. 
  • Manage Existing Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with current partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with business goals and maximizing mutual value. 
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Work closely with the Marketing team to leverage partnerships and influencers to increase brand + awareness visibility, engagement and culturally relevant campaigns.  
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with Growth leadership to define partnership strategies, create actionable plans, and implement initiatives that support Wonder’s long-term growth objectives. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Bring partnerships to life with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Culinary, and Marketing, to ensure successful execution of partnership programs and integration with Wonder’s broader strategy. 
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to drive strategic decision-making and innovation in partnership development. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partnership success to assess the impact of partnerships on revenue, customer growth, and brand recognition. 
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiation discussions and contract management to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term relationship sustainability. 

The experience and skills you have

  • Experience: Experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a focus on building relationships in the food or food tech industry. Must have experience working with chefs, restaurants, influencers, or food brands. 
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth, brand awareness, and market expansion. 
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans, with a focus on partnerships anchoring brand marketing campaigns. 
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships. 
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurants, the culinary industry and pop culture trends including key trends and influencers that impact culture.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including equity and 401K. Additionally, we provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.  

Base Salary Range: $187,000
