At Princess Polly, we’re looking for a Head of Paid Social to lead our cutting-edge campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, and more. This is a unique opportunity to drive measurable growth for a progressive, global fashion brand.


In this role, you’ll oversee and execute our global paid social strategy, focusing on profitable growth and new customer acquisition. You will also be collaborating across global performance and marketing departments to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns. Based at our Burleigh HQ, this position offers the flexibility to work from home, enabling you to lead from the front, champion innovation, and thrive in a supportive team and company culture—all while maintaining a great work-life balance.

What success looks like as a Head of Paid Social;

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the global paid social strategy across platforms like TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Uber Ads, Flip Ads, and Applovin.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing team, including the Paid Social Creative Lead and Paid Social Coordinator.
  • Set up, QA, and optimise end-to-end campaigns to achieve ambitious revenue and performance goals.
  • Oversee the global paid social budget, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with the Global Performance Director to drive successful market entry strategies and onboard new paid social platforms.
  • Deliver actionable insights through monthly performance reports, highlighting ROI, creative effectiveness, and testing outcomes.
  • Partner with creative, performance, marketing and analytics teams to seamlessly integrate paid social efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years managing paid social campaigns for a multi-region organisation.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-performing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Advanced proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimise ad spend and identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Collaborative approach to working across departments and managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience developing and executing paid social strategies that align with broader marketing objectives.
  • A forward-thinking mindset to identify and implement new paid social channels and opportunities
