About the Role:

As the Head of SEO at WeSki, you will build, lead and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase the discoverability and revenue growth of WeSki’s Organic assets. You’ll set key metrics, own business goals, explore emerging channels, and align all facets of Organic work into a coherent and measurable strategy. In this role you’ll lead an experienced SEO expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company growth goals. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an SEO leader that is looking to be versatile, and is able to be one day with his head thinking about the next 3 years and the other executing the day to day tactics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Organic Growth Strategy:  Ideate and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Organic growth strategy in all its aspects (technical SEO, content, off-page, PR, partnerships, influencers etc.) aimed at maximizing relevant organic traffic from search engines, ensuring that our brand remains highly discoverable and competitive.
  • Track and Measure Success: Establish, track, and be accountable for the key business metrics that define success in organic growth. Set clear goals ,measure progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Initiation, implementation and optimization: Craft and execute together with the team all relevant aspects of the SEO strategy
  • PoC for all Organic Growth aspects: Be responsible for setting and communicating the long-term vision for organic growth within the company, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with this overarching goal
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of SEO industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, integrating innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.



Requirements

  • 10+ years of SEO experience, with deep understanding of all aspects of Organic strategies such as content strategy, partnerships, social, technical best practices and SEO and analytics tools (GA, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, screaming Frog etc.).
  • Proven and extensive experience in Building and executing SEO strategies that drive significant impact to business KPIs.
  • Expertise in setting and managing key business metrics (KPIs) that define success in organic growth.
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling additional Organic growth initiatives such as influencers, Organic social, community building etc.
  • Proven ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
  • Experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams, and an ability to inspire and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Native English Speaker - an advantage
  •  Experience working in Global B2C / Travel Market - Big advantage
  • Skier / Snowboarder - always a plus
