As the Head of Operations at Klarity, you will oversee and scale up the critical aspects of our operations, ensuring the seamless efficiency of our services and the success of both providers and patients. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling our operations and enhancing our market presence.

Having grown exponentially over the past three years, our platform hosted 200k+ telehealth visits for patients from 20+ states. Key Responsibilities:

  • Scaling Provider Lifecycle Management: Lead and enhance the complete lifecycle of healthcare providers from onboarding, activation, to continual support and success. Strategically scale up the operation to support exponential provider growth.
  • Patient Retention & Success: Steer the patient support and success teams to increase our Net Promoter Score (NPS) across various care specialties. Manage all patient interactions to optimize retention and satisfaction rates while scaling operations.
  • Operational Efficiency and Innovation for Scalability: Persistently seek enhancements in operational processes through the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Foster an environment of innovation focused on scaling operations and enhancing service delivery.
  • Strategic Collaboration for Scalability: Collaborate intensively with the product and marketing teams to launch and scale new care specialties, securing successful market penetration and scalability.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to establish clear data insights that inform operational strategies and provide direction for the product and marketing teams. Use data to continuously optimize operations, measure outcomes, and drive overall business growth.
  • Financial Oversight in Scaling Operations: Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, control costs, and safeguard the financial health of the expanding operations department.
  • Compliance and Risk Management in Scaling Operations: Ensure all scaled operations comply with healthcare regulations and laws. Strategically implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s expanding operations, data security, and patient privacy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of operational at scale leadership, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data in operational decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a capacity to navigate complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Adaptability and agility in managing a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Compensation, Benefits, and Arrangements:

  • Compensation: $150k~$250k plus Stock Options and Bonus
  • Location: In person working in Redwood City, California
  • Job Type: Full-time.
