Are you ready to redefine marketing in a data-driven landscape? Windfall is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Head of Marketing to architect and execute a marketing experience unparalleled in our industry.
You'll be the architect of our marketing engine, leveraging Salesforce and HubSpot to build a scalable, efficient system that hums. This isn't just about running campaigns; it's about forming strong relationships with sales, customer success, and the entire Windfall team to create a cohesive marketing experience. You'll need to be adept at creating workflows that empower others, building a machine that will thrive even as you transition to a more strategic role. This role requires a strategic and tactical powerhouse that thrives in a hyper-paced, data-centric environment.
At Windfall, we believe in empowering every employee to contribute to our marketing vision. As the Head of Marketing, you'll be the conductor, not just the composer. This means you'll be deeply involved in every facet of marketing, from product positioning and demand generation to content creation, ABM, and marketing operations. We're looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, master HubSpot, craft compelling data sheets, manage vendor relationships, and lead agency partnerships – all while working directly with the CEO to drive explosive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our CEO, Product, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand customer needs and develop a marketing strategy to differentiate Windfall from our competitors.
- Develop strategies to galvanize our sales pipeline and nurture key enterprise, mid-market, and nonprofit leads by conveying quality and trust.
- Differentiate and launch our products to develop high-quality, qualified leads.
- Become the master communicator for Windfall, ensuring our brand story is told effectively across all channels.
- Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot to build and optimize demand generation campaigns.
- Create workflows that empower the entire Windfall team to contribute to marketing efforts.
- Build strong relationships with customer success managers to enhance customer experience.
- Manage vendor relationships and agency partnerships.
- Create compelling collateral, data sheets, and other marketing materials.
You have:
- 8+ years of experience in tech marketing, specifically with enterprise, finance, or data companies.
- Marketing generalist experience including demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, and content marketing.
- Significant team building and team leadership experience as a player-coach who inspires and gets the most from their teams.
- A specialty in crafting and propagating differentiated brand messages through a wide range of channels and mechanisms.
- Mastery of data marketing analytics, including how to speak to AI, and experience with all major marketing platforms.
- Experience managing outside agencies and resources as a compliment to an internal team.
- Relevant B.A. degree, MBA a plus.
- Ability to work fully onsite from our SF office.
