ABOUT THE TEAM

The Legal Team is more than just a legal team: it's a part of business design and an overall representitive of the company at large. The team provides support in line with corporate law, contracts, labor, competition, transportation and regulatory requirements to meet the day-to-day needs of other teams.

The international legal team is looking for a new team member to join the adventure of CEE expansion. You will be in charge of all EU platforms regulations. This role can be based in Berlin, Amsterdam or Bucharest.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Platform Compliance Leadership: You will own and ensure our platform’s compliance with key digital regulations, including the DSA, P2B Regulation, GPSR, and Geo-Blocking, by developing frameworks and collaborating with business teams.
  • Seller Contracts & Seller Journey: You will oversee the full legal lifecycle of seller agreements and processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant seller journey from onboarding to off boarding.
  • Logistics & Warehouse Agreements: You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing logistics and warehouse contracts, ensuring alignment with EU and national laws.
  • Product & Platform Compliance: You will advise on product compliance and controls, proactively implementing measures to safeguard the platform’s compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will act as a trusted advisor to business teams, delivering pragmatic legal solutions while educating teams on compliance best practices and risks.

Qualities We are Looking for

  • Law degree with at least 8+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a technology, e-commerce, or platform environment.
  • Strong expertise in EU digital laws and platform regulations, such as the Digital Services Act (DSA), P2B Regulation, GPSR, and other related frameworks.
  • Proven knowledge and practical experience in platform regulations, product safety regulations and IP rights is a must
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly seller agreements, logistics agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Solid understanding of legal aspects of marketplace operations, including seller onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
  • Ability to develop and implement legal compliance processes tailored to complex platform ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to design and execute a 'Legal as a Service' framework to support operational efficiency and business needs.
  • Experience in developing legal structures, processes, and workflows that integrate seamlessly into business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex legal and operational challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and build scalable legal frameworks for platform compliance and operations.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.


We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.


The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
