What we’re looking for

Experience

• Proven experience leading IT operations in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, preferably in financial services. · Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, Azure Entra ID, and enterprise security solutions.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and practices, with experience in introducing them into organisations.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

• Experience in multi-cloud setups and/or environments with a range of tightly integrated SaaS solutions will be beneficial.

• Track record of leveraging metrics to unlock efficiency and identify gaps in skills or capacity on an ongoing basis.

• Work with your team and the company’s leadership to establish SLAs and metrics/KPIs to measure yourself and your team against.

• Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Drive the efficient delivery of IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems.

• Oversee the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft-based technologies and solutions.

• Ensure IT operations align with business objectives, enabling teams to work effectively and achieve success.

• Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.

• Adapt and respond to the changing needs of a fast-paced organisation.

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
