We are looking for a passionate Head of HRto join our new company Poli-Tape, operating within the rapidly growing Graphics vertical. This role is based in Remagen, Germany, and will play a crucial part in supporting our ambitious growth trajectory by guiding cultural transformation, facilitating integration into the Fedrigoni Group, and leading the deployment of a rich global HR roadmap.

How you’ll elevate creativity

  • Strategic Integration Leadership: You will act as a key driver of cultural and organizational integration, supporting Poli-Tape journey into the Fedrigoni Group ecosystem.

  • Comprehensive HR Oversight: You will lead all aspects of human resources operations and administration, ensuring seamless support across the employee lifecycle.

  • M&A Integration Experience: You will guide and oversee the HR dimension of the post-M&A phase, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with global strategies.

  • Process Optimization: You will drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging cross-country and cross-functional collaboration (e.g., IT for software integration, Group HR experts) to enhance eIiciency.

  • Global HR Roadmap Deployment: You will implement and cascade global HR initiatives, tailoring them to meet local needs while supporting business objectives.

  • Change Management: You will act as a trusted advisor and change agent for local managers, fostering collaboration and supporting the transformational journey.

  • Employee Engagement: You will collaborate with management and employees to enhance work relationships, elevate employee experience, and boost productivity and retention.

  • Talent Acquisition: You will manage the end-to-end selection process, ensuring the recruitment of top talent.

  • Rewards and Compensation: You will partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to implement salary reviews, MBO processes, and budgeting.

  • Talent Development and Performance: You will champion initiatives for technical and soft skills training, and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers, identifying opportunities for employee growth and development.

  • Employee Advocacy and Relations: Serve as an employee champion, supporting their needs and fostering a positive workplace culture, in dialogue with work council.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for

  • Manufacturing Expertise: You have proven HR experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in Germany, with an understanding of plant operations.

  • International Perspective: Experience in international organizations and matrix structures is highly valued.

  • Relational Excellence: You have exceptional interpersonal skills to eIectively collaborate across functions, regions, and hierarchical levels.

  • Dynamic and Adaptable: You have a proactive, flexible mindset suited for fast-paced and complex environments with ongoing transformation streams

  • Organizational Savvy: You have organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives eIectively.

  • M&A Integration Experience: A track record in navigating HR aspects of post-mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential.
