Open is seeking a Head of Growth to own acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, results-driven leader with the ability to work across performance marketing, lifecycle, and product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Channel Management: Oversee marketing efforts across various channels, including but not limited to: (1) Paid digital advertising (across Facebook/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), (2) Organic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), (3) Content marketing and SEO, (4) Email marketing campaigns, (5) Affiliate and partnership marketing, (6) Influencer collaborations
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to maximize Open’s future growth.
- Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to various channels based on performance and potential.
- Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
WHAT YOU (IDEALLY) BRING
- A strong background in Growth / Performance Marketing with 5-7+ years of experience (1-2 years in leadership)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies in consumer industries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making and marketing optimization
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo)
- Experience managing large budgets effectively and delivering positive ROI
- Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
