We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth & Strategy ES to lead our efforts in scaling our user base and driving revenue growth.

About the position: 

The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of the mobility industry, a data-driven approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling digital marketplaces.

How will you help us achieve our mission?

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Set ambitious growth targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.

User/Driver Acquisition, Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Design  multi-channel campaigns and leverage digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and other growth channels to expand the user base.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis and insight generation mindset.  
  • Propose solution that helps Cabify  to guarantee competitive advantage based on superior customer experience. 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize and design analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key growth metrics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth team, including marketing, data analytics, and product growth specialists.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

Market Research and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive innovation by testing and implementing cutting-edge growth strategies.
  • Experiment with new growth tactics and channels to stay ahead of the competition.

What we’re looking for:

  • Leadership skills and strategic mindset.
  • Extensive experience in analytics applied to business problems (SQL, Amplitude and/or Tableau experience preferred).
  • Knowledge in marketing, entrepreneurship, consulting or operations strategy experience. Plus if you have served in Growth areas in other companies.
  • Analytical ability on company data to uncover key business insights and growth opportunities.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills on Marketing performance.
  • Strong understanding of Growth methodologies, be it Loops, Funnels, CRO, etc.
