The Global Enablement team is a driver of change - we help our GTM teams execute through a programmatic, data-driven approach. We are responsible for preparing and empowering our bobbers to become bob champions and trusted advisors, driving new business, adoption and growth to our customer village.
HiBob's innovative platform, Bob, is revolutionizing HR. As part of our fast-growing, global company, you'll play a critical role in enabling our GTM and Customer Success (CS) teams to deliver exceptional experiences that empower organizations to thrive.
Who you are..

  • Experience: Proven track record in a product enablement or field enablement leadership role, preferably within a SaaS or HR technology environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong people management experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enablement strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Communication: Clear and engaging communication skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable insights.


Job Requirements
As the Head of our Global Product Enablement team, you will ..

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and grow a high-performing enablement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Shape Strategy: Develop and execute HiBob's global product enablement strategy for GTM and CS teams, ensuring alignment with our stakeholders, business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create Impactful Programs: Design and deliver world-class enablement programs, including hands-on workshops, certifications, and onboarding materials, that equip teams to master HiBob's product and its application in the HR space.
  • Partner with Key Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to launch new features, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive product adoption. Be a partner with our product leadership team.
  • Drive Outcomes: Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts, such as product adoption rates, customer satisfaction (CSAT), time-to-productivity, and certification ROI.
