Job Description
- Partner with the Suterra leadership team to develop and execute against an HR strategy that continues to foster our high-performing, team-based culture
- Build resilient processes to attract, retain and develop top talent in a variety of functions across multiple geographies
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to key functional and regional heads to support their growth as people leaders
- Support critical culture-building efforts such as global communication channels, mentoring programs and external people branding initiatives
- Create reporting structures and metrics to manage and monitor the progress of key HR initiatives and core processes, such as our performance management system
- Ensure training and procedures are in place for compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
- Sharp intuition and focus on how key drivers of talent development drive tangible business results
- Understanding and appreciation of multiple, effective leadership styles and how they contribute to a dynamic and healthy organization
- Excellent relationship-building skills, backed up by solid written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of driving multi-tasked measurable business outcomes to success, on time, in a team setting
- Business-first mentality and a bias for action
- Autonomy to perform at a high level with limited supervision, with the ability to engage with executives and individual contributors simultaneously
- Ability to work and interact globally across different time zones, languages and cultures
- Ability to travel up to 20% when necessary to visit employees in remote locations
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years experience in management, HR or other role where talent development and people leadership skills played a critical role in business success
- Demonstrable examples of designing and leading initiatives that had an impact on an organization’s competitive capabilities
- Experience with industries with highly technical skills or manufactured products preferred
- Spanish or Italian language skills and/or facility with other European languages is helpful
