- Through your team, develop a global rep onboarding strategy, including role specific programming that adapts to changes in the business and ramps our GTM reps effectively.
- Collaborate across enablement teams to set clear priorities for program success.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in SaaS GTM to inform our strategy.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales, Success, Product and Marketing to align enablement programs with business objectives.
- Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews that drive alignment with your team and report on previous quarter results.
- Measure and report on enablement success metrics and draw insights from data.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in enablement, training or related roles preferably in a global organization.
- Successful record of leading and developing a team of individual contributors.
- Previous selling or servicing experience or GTM management experience preferred.
- Comfortability and confidence in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, technology and project management techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Data driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing program effectiveness.
