Your Responsibilities:
Be the driving force behind innovation as the Head of CoE Marketing and as Automation & AI Specialist. Lead a high-performing team to transform marketing operations through advanced automation and AI-driven strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping scalable global marketing frameworks, fostering collaboration, and pioneering cutting-edge solutions to propel business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Capability Center Marketing Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team in India.
- Drive Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI for advanced analytics, personalization, and predictive modeling.
- Strategic Collaboration: Align GCC operations with global marketing strategies and goals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to track and optimize team and campaign success.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and AI and automated initiatives.
- Collaborative Alignment: Partner among others with IT and DevOrg to align initiatives.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create frameworks for knowledge transfer and best practice implementation across teams.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in marketing leadership with expertise in automation and AI.
- Proven success in building and scaling marketing teams and technologies.
- Technical proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Advanced understanding of AI applications in marketing (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP).
