What will you do:
- Develop and maintain all company's financial policies and systems.
- Gather financial data for analysis such as prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Publish monthly financial statements
- Regularly audit processes to maintain the integrity of financial operations while implement and oversee internal controls to prevent fraud
- Ensure that the company has adequate risk management policies and procedures in place
- Ensure the company's compliance with local and federal regulatory matters.
- Manage legal compliance related to finance and tax regulations
- Acts as liaison between the company and the public on financial matters.
- Ensure positive yet mutual relationship with venture capital partners.
- Develop internal team as the company grows.
What will you need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the finance and accounting field
- 5 years of experiences as head of finance or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cash flow, budgeting, and risk management
- Extensive knowledge in data analysis and forecasting models
- Proficient in accounting software
- Proficient in English
