The Head of Customer Management is a key leadership position tasked with spearheading initiatives to elevate the overall customer experience, reflecting our commitment to placing “our customers as our compass”. This individual will be instrumental in devising and implementing innovative strategies that nurture customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
