We are looking for a Head of Consulting (m/f/d) for our Aareon IMMOmanagement division. In this position you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our consulting team. You will develop and optimize consulting strategies, ensure that our customers derive maximum benefit and sustainable success from our solutions, and establish best practices for excellent consulting quality. Your goal is to support our customers in the long term and create added value.

Your Tasks:

  • Strategic leadership: developing and implementing a scalable consulting strategy that contributes to the company vision and business goals and promotes long-term partnerships.

  • Team leadership & development: Managing, coaching and developing the consulting team to ensure high quality consulting.

  • Project management: Managing and optimizing consulting projects - from requirements analysis to successful implementation.

  • Customer satisfaction & retention: Working closely with our customers to develop customized solutions. Development and implementation of measures to maximize customer satisfaction in order to build long-term partnerships.

  • Process optimization: Developing efficient and scalable consulting and implementation processes to make customer projects successful. Interface between customers, internal departments and management.

  • Sales responsibility: Identifying new business opportunities, expanding consulting services and supporting sales in the preparation of proposals.

  • Stakeholder management: working with internal teams (e.g. sales, customer success, product management) to incorporate customer feedback into product development.

  • Quality assurance: Ensuring the highest consulting standards through regular training, method development and quality assurance measures.

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration, real estate management, business informatics or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of experience in management consulting, professional services or consulting, ideally in the housing industry

  • Experience in leading and developing teams as well as strong communication and moderation skills

  • High level of consulting expertise, excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to make data-based decisions.

  • Knowledge of relevant software solutions for the housing industry an advantage

  • Business fluent in German and English
