Preferred Key Experience:

Familiarity with claims adjudication cycle (Facets).

Experience leading the RFI/RFP/POC process to support vendor solutions and sourcing activities.

Experience building business cases to support department savings goals.

Experience seeking/using/analyzing data to make business decisions.

Payment Integrity and/or Coding experience preferred

HCS Project Implementation Leader would have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

6 years of experience in health care administration, project leader or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to coordinate activities with all levels of staff and external agencies through clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to negotiate and resolve project and team issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness.

Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products, Visio and MS Project and other corporate software as required.

Experience with report preparation, project documentation or policy and procedure writing including ability to organize, analyze and review statistical data and develop concise relevant communications.
What You Will Do at Cambia (Not limited to):

Manages and implements division or corporate-level project plans and administrative policies and procedures related to specific project areas.

Oversees project planning, scheduling, status reports, project budget work, meeting facilitation, issue resolution, and other support services as well as execution of the plans.

Controls and reviews all activity by coordinating and approving recommendations, approving schedules and presiding over meetings required to meet goals and objectives.

Facilitates and drives multiple global projects; accountable for integrating with dependent projects/processes, responsible for program/project scope, risks/issues management, schedule, and budget. Collaborates with dependent project work and internal stakeholders

Interacts, coordinates and communicates with all levels of management, internal and external customers such as clients, providers, government officials and outside consultants in order to ensure effective use of systems and processes, provide project updates, and coordinate implementation activities.

Oversee documentation for the work performed regarding assigned projects, work plans, progress reports, data analysis and project outcome reports. Works with appropriate personnel to ensure that all new processes and procedures are clearly documented by time of actual implementation.

Reviews project mandates and directives to determine overall project approach and impact on administrative and IT systems. Ensures project tasks and objectives are compatible with administrative and system capabilities.
The expected hiring range for The HCS Project Implementation Lead is $83.5k–113k, depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this position is $78k Low/ $98k MRP / $128k High
