We’re looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate who will be a key player in scaling Anrok's customer engine during our critical growth phase. Your data-driven analysis and strategic insights will inform how we build, test and iterate our go-to-market motion focused on activating and growing our existing customer base. You’ll partner with customer-facing teams to implement your recommendations while collaborating with engineering, product, support and finance to create a seamless Anrok customer journey from contract signature to product activation and beyond. Your work will influence our product roadmap and shape how thousands of businesses manage their tax compliance.
In this role, you will:

Be the driving force behind optimizing our customer journey from sales to activation to expansion, working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.

Build and maintain critical dashboards tracking key GTM and customer metrics, presenting actionable insights to leadership that shape company strategy

Identify friction points in our customer activation funnel and implement solutions that accelerate time-to-value

Design and implement scalable processes that set both our customers and GTM teams teams up for success

Support customer-facing teams with customizing quotes for new business, expansion and renewal agreements, surfacing insights on deal trends to leadership

Partner with Product to translate customer and operational insights into product improvements
What excites us:

2+ years of experience in consulting or investment banking, AND 1+ year of experience at a startup in a strategy, finance, data, or operations role, preferably within go-to-market

Ability to jump into new situations and quickly solve problems, with an eye toward architecting solutions that will scale

Naturally a curious and strategic thinker who enjoys identifying areas of improvement and problem solving

Ability to distill and translate data and messy workflows into standardized processes

Empathetic and effective operational mindset to work cross-functionally

Experience with SQL and Salesforce is a plus
