About the Role:
As the GTM Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in driving the speed and efficiency of our marketing initiatives. Your work will span across multiple areas of marketing, from supporting strategic projects to solving operational challenges, building marketing assets, and helping implement innovative tools and technologies. This role is ideal for a scrappy, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is eager to become a future marketing leader.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Special Projects: Partner with the marketing leadership team on high-impact initiatives that accelerate team performance and deliver measurable results.
- Versatile Marketing Execution: Contribute to diverse marketing activities, including demand generation, landing page creation, content development, conversion rate optimization, and more.
- Learn and Implement Tools: Quickly learn, build, and apply AI tools to improve team workflows and outcomes.
- Project Management: Own and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with team goals.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, sales, and operations to align efforts and drive success.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, startups, or a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience/education.

- Skills: Project management, sales or marketing experience, and analytical thinking.
