Make Your Mark:
The Program Manager, Sales Enablement is well versed in learning and development and has experience as an adult learning facilitator . This individual will work in a collaborative Enablement environment to ensure that enablement programs include content, resources, and training that is current, relevant, actionable, and easily consumed through the most appropriate forum , with the potential to both create and facilitate content. Programs will include but are not limited to new hire onboarding, sales software application training, continuous learning, and mentorship. This will involve working with a broad set of key stakeholders, including sales operations, product marketing, and other subject matter experts, in prioritizing , launch, and measure sales enablement programs. BlackLine ' s sales team is global and multi-channel.

  • Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how sales professionals think, operate , and absorb training.
  • Experience with learning methodologies: deliver the right content to the right audience at the right time.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
  • Highly professional written skills.
  • Able to deliver high value technical content that is sales consumable.
  • Results and success-oriented with strengths in problem solving and development of solutions to assist sales team.
  • Ability to initiate and communicate with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner.
  • Adaptable and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Experience with enablement related to financial technologies/software is highly preferred.
  • Enhance the new hire onboarding program with input from surveys and stakeholder feedback
  • Identify and implement the most effective modalities and tools to support an array of learners (in-person, on-demand, virtual, gamification, simulations, assessments, coaching , and mentoring) based on learning objectives while considering time and geographical constraints
  • Lead the development and implementation of training for sales software applications, including Salesforce
  • Other duties as assigned


What You'll Bring:

  • Administration of Docebo Learning Management System
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
  • Experience with varied learning mediums; Podcasts, gamification, micro-learning etc
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize significant amounts of information from multiple sources, with the ability to convert sophisticated technical information into accessible and meaningful information
  • Knowledge of and experience applying Adult Learning Principles in corporate learning using various learning methodologies to effectively deliver the right content to the right audience at the right time
  • Experience using cutting edge enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust tracking and reporting features
  • Understanding of both project management and change management concepts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fast learner with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and exhibit flexibility within changing business needs
  • Resourceful, with superb attention to detail and the ability to execute with little supervision


We're Even More Excited If You Have:

  • 2+ years of sales training/enablement experience, preferably in B2B Financial SaaS space
  • Hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adapt, Camtasia, and Highspot
  • Ability to write compelling copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts

Salary Range:
USD $45.00 - USD $55.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
