Console gives IT teams trainable AI agents that can handle support requests directly in Slack, without needing a human-in-the-loop. Today, Console can automate 45-70% of the work that a tier 1 IT support agent would otherwise have to do, including things like: managing app access, password/MFA resets, laptop troubleshooting, IT Q&A, onboarding/offboarding, and more.
You can think of Console as the control panel for your entire organization. It plugs into all of your systems, understands all of your corporate policies & rules, and has the permissions to unblock employees in real time. About the role
We have gone from 0 to 1 and built a product that IT teams love. We've never lost a bake-off with a competitor, and have an exceptionally high POC-to-contract conversion rate. Now, we are looking for someone to help us go from 1 to 100. You'll be the first person on our GTM team, and work directly with the CEO on content creation, website, messaging, SEO, paid marketing and data-driven marketing -- a lot of everything.
In this role, you'll have significant autonomy to experiment and build a data-driven growth engine. You'll spend time understanding about the product & market, and trying out-of-the-box experiments in a traditionally very boring market. We see a lot of potential to reach customers in unique ways that incumbents would never attempt.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We prefer working in-person and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
Requirements

3+ years of experience at a high-growth startup, venture capital, management consulting, or similar field

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities with experience tackling out-of-the-box challenges

Proactive and execution-oriented - you operate autonomously and have a get it done mentality

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you can effectively lead projects across teams and stakeholders

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc) and automation tools like Zapier, Clay, Framer, Google Ads, etc (or willingness to learn).

We're currently able to deflect 55%+ tickets across our customers, automating things like: access requests, KB search & surfacing, password / MFA resets, group management, team routing, etc.
