How you'll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Lead Growth Initiatives: Own the growth roadmap, managing experiments and campaigns to optimize user acquisition across all major channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Advanced Measurement: Manage GEO-testing and other Lift tests to understand incrementality, measure campaign effectiveness, and guide decision-making.
  • Creative Leadership: Collaborate with the creative and design teams to ideate and execute innovative, high-impact creative campaigns tailored to target personas.
  • Data-Driven Experimentation: Build and manage a robust experimentation framework, continuously testing and iterating to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves to implement strategies, dive into details, and ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze growth metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment on goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of growth specialists.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, analytics, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
