Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Product Manager to lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will blend product management expertise with growth strategies, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities, execute experiments, and scale successful solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, technology, and driving measurable results in a mission-driven organization.
What you’ll do:
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users, aligning with VuMedi’s business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate on solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, design, and content teams to implement growth initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- User-Centric Product Development: Advocate for users by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and incorporating insights into product development.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the success of growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with key business metrics such as engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Who you are:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS, healthcare, or education technology environment.
- Data Savvy: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- SQL: Ability to write SQL queries to efficiently extract and analyze key metrics.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and understanding of the unique challenges faced by medical professionals.
- Experience working in a startup or scaling organization.
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and tools.

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) in our Oakland office.
