FE International is a dynamic and innovative M&A Advisory company dedicated to the SaaS, Content and e-Commerce industry. We are seeking a talented and motivated Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and contribute to our growth and success.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist at FE International, you will play a vital role in driving performance marketing strategies, optimizing SEO, and implementing data-driven growth initiatives. You will support the Marketing team working with agencies, vendors, and technology partners to develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising solutions that deliver outstanding performance.

Responsibilities:

  • SEO:
    • Experience setting up an SEO strategy from scratch
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
    • Optimize website content (on-page and off-page) for search engines.
    • Build high-quality backlinks to improve search engine rankings.
    • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
  • Google Ads:
    • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.).
    • Develop and implement targeted ad campaigns to reach specific audiences.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust bids and budgets accordingly.
    • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Paid Social & Multi-Channel Campaigns
    • Develop and manage paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) targeting relevant B2B and B2C audiences.
    • Experiment with emerging ad platforms to diversify traffic sources and maximize growth.
  • Keyword Marketing:
    • Identify and prioritize high-value keywords for target audiences.
    • Develop and implement keyword strategies across all marketing channels.
    • Monitor keyword rankings and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Social Listening
    • Monitor brand mentions, competitor activity, and industry trends across social media, forums, and review sites.
    • Analyze customer sentiment and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and content gaps.
    • Use tools like Brandwatch, Hootsuite, and Google Alerts to track discussions and gather insights.
    • Identify influencers, brand advocates, and user-generated content opportunities.
    • Integrate findings into SEO, content, and ad strategies to refine messaging and targeting

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience with B2B marketing in the financial services sector
  • Experience B2B marketing with venture capital (VC) firms or startups.
  • Experience with B2C creator marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI systems and automation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and keyword marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO/PPC tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with early-stage startups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Google Analytics certifications.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Ability to develop and execute A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and marketing automation.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot etc.).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and their impact on user engagement and conversion rates.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong track record in running successful SEO and paid media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
