About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and lead our Email, SMS, and Direct Mail marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for channel strategy and end-to-end management, ensuring they effectively engage, nurture, and convert prospects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing and is highly skilled in email marketing with Marketo. Experience in a B2B software company is preferred. This individual will focus on executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
Email and SMS Program Strategy & Management:

Develop the Email and SMS campaign, nurture, and automation strategy to deliver against Dandy’s SMB & Enterprise customer acquisition targets.

Prioritize and allocate resources to deliver the best performance outcome.

Develop segmentation strategies to personalize messaging and optimize engagement.
-
Manage and optimize automated workflows, trigger-based campaigns, and A/B testing to improve performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content, creative, and promotional strategies.

Ensure best practices in email deliverability, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
Direct Mail Program Strategy & Management:

Develop the Direct Mail campaign and automation strategy to deliver against Dandy’s SMB & Enterprise customer acquisition targets.

Allocate budget and prioritize resources to deliver the best performance outcome.

Develop segmentation & personalization strategies to improve Direct Mail response rates.

Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to oversee production, personalization, segmentation and distribution.

Analyze the performance of direct mail efforts and optimize for ROI and engagement.
Performance Marketing & Optimization:

Establish KPIs, track performance, and generate actionable insights.

Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven budget & resource optimizations.

Drive continuous improvement through testing, reporting, and strategic iteration.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operation, Sales and Creative teams to develop the content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign execution.

Partner with the Marketing Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies.

Partner with Sales to optimize outreach strategies to improve response rates.

Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in email, SMS, and direct mail marketing.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, with a focus on Email, SMS, and Direct Mail.

Expertise in Marketo and experience managing email marketing at scale.

Proven track record in performance-driven marketing with a focus on data, analytics, and optimization.

Experience working in a B2B software or tech company preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and iterate on performance.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
