Growth Marketing Lead
The Opportunity:
Fluint is an early-stage AI startup building for B2B sales teams:
- Fluint lets our users treat every account like a "key account,” by scaling up tailored and highly strategic AI-generated business cases, account plans and more. All built in “living documents” that write and redline themselves, while learning from sales data.
- Our core use case focuses on “champions” on the buying team who do the heavy lifting to sell their own team, during internal meetings — when sales reps aren’t in the room.
- Customers see a 5X jump in win rates when Fluint docs are used in deals, solving the core problem that costs sales teams millions in pipeline (and spend to add sales headcount).
- We’re backed by VC’s like Drive Capital and PHX Ventures, with strong inbound user demand — plus a clear path to scale the ‘Account Based Sales’ category.
The Job, An Overview:
You’ll be working hand-in-hand with Fluint’s CEO and co-founder, Nate, while taking point on driving top-of-funnel through two main segments:
- CRO’s and VP’s of Sales who book demos to run “top-down” rollouts across their team.
- Product-led signups from individual sales reps that create “bottom up” expansion deals.
We’ve grown from word of mouth and organic social, with no paid spend to date (total revenue jumped 44% in Q1 of 2025). So, when you walk in on day 1, you’ll be building on momentum with:
- 30,000 highly-engaged readers
- 75,000 LinkedIn followers
- 30,000 monthly website visitors
- 25+ podcast and video recordings
- 100,000 words of high-quality blog content (people actually read and share, zero SEO fluff)
- Built-out network relationships for co-marketing
- New customer stories built weekly
You might be the right fit for this role if you’re the “scientific artist” type. Which means this role will test both the right and left sides of your brain by:
- Designing & executing weekly experiments to convert leads in our growing audience — generating ideas, defining targets, writing copy (Nate can help), and scaling up winners.
- Defining landing pages for new campaign tests, working alongside our in-house Design Lead who has deep UX, Figma, and Webflow experience to support execution.
- Owning our email marketing strategy and crafting well-segmented nurture campaigns.
- Crunching weekly and monthly data to understand what’s working and what’s not — from reading through email replies, to campaign excel outputs, to HubSpot dashboards.
- Setting up and maintaining a quality data strategy to build out rich profiles on our audience, ensure our tech stack is well integrated, and setup to scale. (Current stack = Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics. It’s pretty lightweight.)
- Produce video and graphic content for social, blog, and email campaigns (leveraging creative direction, copywriting, and interviews from Nate and customers).
- Setting up re-targeting and social campaigns to bring bounced traffic back into our funnel.
- Managing Nate as your personal content creator / marketing assistant.
- Whatever else you think we should do, but haven’t.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You don't compromise. You take pride in and don’t compromise the quality of your work, even under great constraints.
- You prioritize & execute. You’ve been told you ship more work than a small team. Because you approach work with a combination of judgement (doing the right things), and competence (doing them the right way).
- You’re agile. You understand working at an early-stage startup involves constantly changing priorities, and you are able to adapt and shift focus accordingly.
- You’re humble, and self-motivated. When job asks a lot from you, you’re excited by a chance to own large projects, learn and push the limits of your abilities.
- You’re delighted by difficult problems. Previously-unsolved challenges gives you energy. You think abstractly to find efficient ways to solve them, and feel accomplished after.
- You’re lean and deadline-oriented. You scope your experiments to help others understand if specific goals are achievable, and then you execute, execute, execute.
Details & To Apply
Our founders and majority of the team are based in Denver, CO with pay at Denver market rates (depending on your preferred mix of cash and equity, pay ranges between $75k to $130k/year).
We have a hybrid office/remote work setup, which lets us move and communicate faster with each other, while still maintaining dedicated heads-down time. Denver candidates are preferred, but ultimately our focus is finding the right person, with a willingness to travel.
To apply, email your resume to [email protected], with the word "Grapefruit" in the subject line.
Instead of a traditional cover letter, answer these two questions in your email to [email protected]:
- What's a commonly-held belief in marketing that you disagree with?
- What project are you working on outside of work hours? Why?
After, our process is a 20-minute call with Nate, and if we both agree there's potential, a hands-on project and in-depth interview.

What We Do
Fluint helps B2B sales teams sell *with* their buyers, not to them.
- What makes us different from other sales platforms? We help “champions” on the buying team sell their own team during internal meetings — when sales reps aren’t in the room.
- We’re solving multiple problems that costs sales teams millions in pipeline, while frustrating buyers who have to do the “heavy lifting” to sell deals internally.
