Job Description :

Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns—from digital and physical ads to grassroots activations and strategic partnerships.

Go beyond traditional marketing—use events, community engagement, and high-visibility branding to capture attention.

Launch on-ground activations that get people talking—pop-ups, roadshows, sponsorships, or anything that turns heads.

Move fast and iterate—test, analyze, and scale what works to maximize impact.

Collaborate with the Marketing department to turn big-picture strategies into hands-on, tactical execution.

Measure and report campaign performance—track results and optimize efforts for maximum ROI.

Support community-driven marketing efforts—organizing events, networking sessions, and collaborative initiatives that strengthen our brand’s presence

Stay ahead of trends—constantly explore new, creative ways to attract and engage our target audience.

As part of the marketing team, you will also participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand activations, partnerships, or campaign execution.

Prior experience assisting with marketing campaigns in a service-oriented business (such as hospitality or real estate) is a plus.

Familiar with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software) and traditional marketing channels.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and communication materials.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences, including startups, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small businesses.

Basic analytical skills to monitor and report on campaign performance, and an interest in refining strategies based on data-driven insights.

Able to work in a cross-functional environment, supporting teams across marketing, sales, and community management to execute marketing initiatives.
