We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Associate to own and lead our Affiliate Channel and Influencer Program. This role will play a pivotal part in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand advocacy by strategically managing affiliate partnerships and cultivating a strong influencer program. The ideal candidate has a passion for performance marketing, a keen eye for trends, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:

Affiliate Marketing:
- Develop and execute a robust affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Manage the end-to-end process of affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including conversion rates, ROI, and attribution, and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall brand and promotional strategies.
Influencer Program:
- Lead the development and execution of influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Partner with the Brand team to develop and drive influencer content creation, ensuring it reflects brand guidelines and drives measurable performance.
- Track and analyze the success of influencer campaigns, reporting on key performance metrics and optimizing future initiatives.
Cross-Channel Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (creative, paid media, and merchandising) to maximize the impact of affiliate and influencer campaigns.
- Leverage affiliate and influencer insights to inform broader marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with influencer platform representatives to stay ahead of platform updates, features, and opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance across affiliate and influencer programs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI.
- Maintain budget oversight, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
What you’ll have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Rakuten) and influencer tools (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, or similar).
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and an understanding of customer journeys within digital marketing channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
