About the Role

Are you motivated by experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and helping people fall in love with disc golf? Our team is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive engagement and retention among players and disc golf organizers. This role is about more than just marketing—it’s about solving problems, driving impact, and continuously learning from players to improve our approach to growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, and data science teams to ensure more players record their rounds, explore courses, and get hooked on disc golf. If you’re a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and iterating, this role is for you.

About You

  • You thrive on experimentation—testing new ideas, analyzing results, and refining based on insights.

  • You have experience working in a mobile app environment, leveraging data to drive growth.

  • You’re skilled in analytics platforms, A/B testing, CRMs, and growth marketing strategies.

  • You enjoy uncovering user challenges and developing solutions that improve engagement.

  • You’re a team player who values collaboration and continuous learning.

  • You’re adaptable, willing to jump into different projects, and excited to work across teams.

  • You’re focused on results and making data-informed decisions to drive success.

  • You’re creative and enjoy thinking outside the box with copy and user experiences.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You have a track record of helping grow a mobile app’s user base.

  • You have experience with lifecycle marketing and user retention strategies.

  • You’re passionate about disc golf and understand the mindset of players.

  • You have worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

If you’re ready to help grow the sport and shape the future of how players engage with our app, we’d love to hear from you! 🚀
