Title: Growth Lead
Location: Remote with some travel, including D.C. Area, Customer Sites, and events.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a strong cross-functional candidate to join our growth team focused on federal. Some aspects of the role include: interacting with current and potential customers, assisting with growth activities, and working with our proposal and capture teams to build compelling solutions for federal agencies including the Department of Defense, IC and civilian agencies. The ideal candidate is extremely passionate about the space, has a technical background, and has worked in the past with software or cloud-focused teams in the federal government, in either a full time capacity or in a leadership position at a government contractor.
Essential Functions:
- Work with our growing capture, proposal and architecture efforts to build compelling solutions for our Federal Clients
- Identify target customers, and evangelize our technical capabilities
- Report to our VP and C-level team
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- B.S. ideally in a technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Requisite Skills/Abilities:
- Technical background of some kind is a big plus
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD patterns
- Understanding of the Software Factory model a huge plus
- Experience with programs that use applied AI techniques a plus, but not required
