Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
- Develop financial models to help assess launch site and market opportunities
- Project Management of small-scale projects support our existing infrastructure needs
- Prepare change management strategies supporting our active infrastructure pipeline
- Work with the brand team to iterate on vertiport products ahead of market deployment
What you need:
- Current standing junior or senior at accredited college or university
- Ability to learn and adapt within an ambiguous environment
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Eager to learn, positive attitude and highly motivated
Bonus Qualifications:
- Example: Passion for real estate development
- Example: Strong google suites / microsoft office skills in order to develop executive-level presentations
- Example: Strong negotiation skills
Additional Details:
- Program duration will be 10 weeks between May - August
- Must be able to work a full time schedule (approximately 40 hours per week) at our office location in San Jose, California
- Some travel will be required to emerging markets
