This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, project management, and a growth mindset. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and referral, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for our company.

What you'll do:
- Develop, test, and iterate on go-to-market strategies to drive new prospects and increase engagement.
- Create and validate data-informed customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Own and execute on your ideas
- Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies; research competitors; and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy.
- Use data to inform decisions and track progress.
