About the Role

We are now seeking a highly motivated Growth Associate to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our future. In this role, you will work directly with a company founder responsible for demand generation and marketing, collaborating closely to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will have the autonomy to lead and implement growth initiatives across various channels, leveraging your expertise to acquire, engage, and retain users.

This role requires a unique blend of marketing acumen, analytical skills, and a growth mindset. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and referral, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for our company.

What you'll do:

• Develop, test, and iterate on growth marketing strategies to drive new users and increase engagement.
• Create and validate data-informed user segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Own and execute on your ideas—from crafting messaging to building and optimizing campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies; research competitors; and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy.
• Use data to inform marketing decisions and track progress.
